Creatine isn’t something that gives you an instant rush, but it’s definitely one of the most effective and safe supplements you can use long-term.The reason I gave it four stars is because the capsules are honestly huge. One time it actually got stuck in my throat and took a while to go down. Taking two at once is kind of a challenge, and considering you need multiple capsules a day to hit the usual 5g dose, it’s not a pleasant experience.

I am no gonna lie after trying, powder, gummies, pills this is the best presentation of creatine I have got in all my years of lifting.Easy to keep, with just two pills you could get 5 grams of creatine, there’s is no smell and the taste is just regular pills, after taking them for 2 weeks I have experienced a gain of strength, endurance and velocity, and without any stomach upsets or side effects.
