Bought these as read on a article helps with breathing & other health benifits.Make into hot tea if feeling breathless,keeps airwaves & lungs good & also makes nice liquorice breath .I bought another packet for my son & daughter just in case they have ant problems.Also eating chillies is a good way to keep the virus away.

Purchased these seeds from Amazon because they were difficult to get hold of in our local supermarkets and we specifically like them in Seafood pasta. As yet we have not used any but they appear to be very good value, and each pack fills approximately 2 standard SIZED JARS. So very good value all ways around. Recommended..
