SO MANY DIFFERENT EXERCISES TO TRY
I have wanted one of these ever since I used it at the gym there's so many things you can use it for,It has a few different speeds which is good because u like to work my way up slowly.I use this for both exercising and for relaxation,With a quick search on YouTube there are so many exercises to try and relaxation techniques.The watch it comes with is so handy it I'm used to having to bend down and touch buttons to turn them off and that can be really difficult I almost always fall off and you can change the speeds and turn it off with this watch.It also fall proof because of the antislip my feet always seem to stay where I want them and not move around I recommend you try this for yourself you won't regret it!

I have used vibration plates in the gym many times before but having not had much time to get there recently with my busy schedule so decided to buy one for my home to do my workouts around my lifestyle. This is actually better than the ones I have used in the gym, the one I had been using reached 35hz and this can get up to a maximum of 40hz. Worth The Investment
I bought it after doing a lot of research into the best plates and couldn't be more pleased with it.Use most days and ideal for those days you don't have time for gym and or walks etc.It’s great to play Music through and the motor is very quiet, Could easily use it late at night neighbours won’t be disturbed.I do feel I made the right choice, particular in terms of my budget.

Perfect by all means!
I bought this machine predominantly for the reflexology massage it has to offer. I work long shifts which involves long periods or standing/walking. This machine is great for improving the blood flow to my legs and feet after long days and I have definitely felt less pain from using this every day. I have also been trying out some of the workouts that Bluefin recommend in the booklet provided and I must say they are quite challenging but great for getting into shape. I am very please with this purchase and look forward to continued use of this device

Perfect for home workouts
This machine is great for workouts at home, because you can do your workout from your bedroom. The machine is very powerful, and you can feel that your muscles are toning up from working on the machine just once a day. There is a good range of settings for all different levels of fitness, and speakers are very good.
