Good look. Bad performance
The fridge is a stunner. However bottom freezer does not work as efficiently. Good space but I had a lot of performance issues. Water use to collect below vegetable baskets, ice cream leaking in freezer etc etc.

Great Refrigerator
Vegetable Chamber at waist height gives comfort to back bone, to person having slip disc or any disc problem. Three separate compartment give nice cooling options. Because of cool air technology it is completely frost free refrigerator and vegetable remain fresh for remarkable longer duration. I don't know why some are giving negative feedback to this wonderful product. At first service technician mentioned that spare parts of this refrigerator are at higher end so you may opt for AMC.

Expensive and Unreliable. Do Not Buy.
Expensive refrigerator recommended by the dealer. However, the bottom left freezer compartment stopped cooling after 1 year 7 months. Strange because we had a similar fridge which lasted almost 9 years with no issues at all. Complained to Samsung India. Technician came next day after much following up. The bottom right freezer compartment also packed up by that day. Technician checked and said coolant flow blocked and coolant plus valve need replacing. When asked, said it was because of some dirt etc which must have entered. The coolant system is a closed system so how does dirt enter it??? Said another technician will come after 2 days to replace valve and coolant. Seriously??? Is that how Samsung works? After technician left, the main section started cooling less and looks like it will also fail. All food in freezers had to be discarded. Perhaps the rest tomorrow. This in the time of Covid when supplies are very hard to procure. Thereafter, the Service In Charge said he will call back with repair schedule. He never did call back and did not answer calls after that.This refrigerator obviously has a design fault. 3 independent cooling systems fail one after the other at the same time. If this is how Samsung refrigerators are, beware and do not purchase them. We've had much cheaper refrigerators in the past that have been far more reliable.

This is worst refrigerator I purchased from Samsung
Bottom freezer compartment not cooling, I didn't buy from online , purchased from local store, they have replaced 3 refrigerator one after another , all refrigerator had same problem , I believe this is happening due to manufacturing defects never buy Samsung french door.
