The product description of this item clearly indicated I was purchasing 12 skeins. Still overpriced, but the convenience of ordering from Amazon made the extra cost worth it to me. I would never purchase a single skein of floss at this price. Silk floss does not cost this much. So imagine my shock to open my package and find just that, a single skein. Twelve bucks. I immediately loggied on to double check the product description, and it does indeed very clearly indicated 12 skeins at $0.81 per item. Not one skein at $10.88.Anchor black is the best black cotton floss for single strand stitching, but order from this company at your own risk.

Add say you are purchasing 12 but you only receive 1

I was excited to see a 12 pack of Anchor floss in black for a good price. Imagine my disappointment when I received just 1 skein of floss, rather than the 12 mentioned in the listing. The bag I received even had a label stating that there were 12. Very disappointing and deceptive. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund, & from now on will go to my usual sources.

Wonderful coverage hard to find black floss that has good coverage

Worst product I ever received! I only received one skein of floss and it was filthy! It had an adhesive label stuck to it and stuck to the adhesive was dust, hair, and dirt. As you can see from the picture there was even debris stuck to the floss! It really was to gross to even handle!

I paid for 12 got 1. Scam

I ordered two boxes of 12 skeins and received 2 skeins.

The product description mentions a 12-pack, however, only one is included in the item. We received the item, it is in good shape, however, the price is not competitive and we only purchased it with the expectation of receiving a 12-pack. Misleading description of the product.
