I love butterfly cutouts and the film protector so it's a soft glow instead of an intensive bright light. The smell wil come from whichever wax melts you decide to buy for it. It literally takes 1-3 minutes for it to start smelling that wonderful smell from the wax melting from across the room. Cleaning it was easy, just don't scrape too hard because it will take that beautiful matte paint with it lol.

I love the look of this and it works well. The tray itself feels like a small cast iron skillet but the rest of it is a thick plastic which I don’t love. But goof for the price.

absolutly love this makes a very nice night light with a nice smell with the wax cubes. Its very relaxing and love the butterfly. TIP: when it comes to cleaning it can be hard to clean but what I have learned is while the wax is hot get some paper towels and just dab and get the access wax.

This product is very light so I would suggest putting something heavy inside of it. Easy for someone to knock over on accident or for a cat to knock it off a counter.

I was very impressed on the quality and beauty of this tart burner. I use it every day. Love it!

I bought this for my aunt who lost her mother and son in the month of April! She cried it doesn’t look like much when you open it but after I plugged it in I was surprised at how beautiful it is!

It works great, looks nice. Takes awhile to heat wax fully but thats probably because I use silicone cupcake liners to avoid cleaning wax.😂

Very pretty and easy to clean.

This burner is really pretty, it’s a perfect temp for getting the most fragrance from your wax melts too.I actually bought two, one for myself and one as a present and I have used mine almost daily for about 3 months now and I’m still on the first bulb. It comes with a spare which is great and after reading some of the reviews I was expecting that I may need it sooner rather than later. However I’ve had no problems at all so far.My one complaint is that because the top where you put the wax is also metal, it really isn’t the easiest to clean. You cannot get the wax loose when it’s cold, so you have to heat it for a few mins so that you can loosen it and then wipe it out with tissue. I’m considering trying to find a latex top that will fit this burner instead of the metal it comes with.All in all, it’s definitely a great purchase and I’ve very happy with it.

An update following my original review. I was contacted by the seller who was very apologetic and promptly sent 2 replacement bulbs. The customer service was good and for that I'm very pleased. I have used the melter a couple of times now and so far so good but it's still early days. Thank you for you help and willingness to resolve the issues so many seem to face. :)"Overall I really like the lamp and was really pleased to get it although I thought this was the colour changing version like my sister had. Evidently its just the white standard light which is fine. My biggest disappointment is that after using the lamp twice the bulb went. Luckily there was a spare bulb supplied! However again after the second use the bulb has now gone again. Looks like I need a never ending supply of bulbs which overall will not be value for £££ and I'd be far better off with the old fashioned tea-light candle version. Sadly due to the lifetime of the bulbs I'm left disappointed with my item that after using it 4 times I need to go invest in more bulbs or just have a pretty dark lamp to admire. :-("

I now have 2 of these warmers. I received one as a gift for Christmas. The bulb however didn’t last long, and I have already needed to replace the bulb and it’s only early February. I don’t have it on 24/7, I do have it on for about 6 hours a day.I love how this warmer works. It fills the room with fragrance. I bought a second one because I wasn’t sure if the first one was broken, or if the bulb was just done. Looking at the bulb, it didn’t look burned out. I ordered a box of bulbs, and figured I’d order a second warmer to replace the first one, in case it was the warmer that was broken. It wasn’t...I’m happy to have 2 of these now.I’ll update on how long the new bulbs last in both the warmers.

Right from the beginning, this thing does not spread the scents around the room at all. The design on the item is lovely and if it weren't for the light coming thru would have put it in the bin ages ago! Won't buy this plastic crap again!
