These are fillets and not little fishes, but delicious
These are great to add to one diet once or twice a day. The benefits are many and very delicious and remember that these are not fishes. These are the fillets enjoy.

This is my new go-to
I prefer more traditional sardines in my antipasto, but my friends don't like bones (I know, but bless their little hearts) so there you go. Seriously though, I'm kinda convert with the firm yet moist texture. It's worth a shot.

Taste OK. But comes to $9 dollar a small can. Just far too expensive. Will not order again.
