Great product, easy to assemble and definitely does the job!
My rower arrived amazingly quickly during Covid disruption. I was able to move it and assemble it on my own (I know that sounds strange, but as I live alone it was a concern, so might be useful to others!)I am only using low resistance levels so far, but am enjoying the workout and definitely feel the impact a day or two later. Feels robust and good build quality. A great mid-priced piece of home kit

I very much regret buying this rowing machine
We purchased the Bluefin Fitness BLADE 2.0 Rowing Machine 30/03/20. My wife and I are both over 65 but slim and fit. We used the machine perhaps twice per week at most so, clearly, we are relatively light users. Nevertheless, on 18/03/21 the bracket supporting the left pedal broke away from the front stabiliser. The metal simply sheared away and the machine became unusable. The structure is evidently built with very poor quality steel. We were (just) within the 12 month warranty period so I used their online reporting process to explain the problem and to request a repair, a replacement or a refund. The customer representative I was dealing with was absolutely hopeless. In one message he said that he had arranged to have the machine collected from our house, but the driver never turned up. So, after over a month of message exchanges, I gave up. I took the stabiliser section to a welder who has repaired it for me by adding a strengthening steel plate under the area where the pedal brackets are positioned and he re-welded BOTH pedal brackets. That cost me £30. I LEAVE YOU TO DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS ABOUT THE BLUEFIN FITNESS BLADE 2.0 ROWING MACHINE.

Good value for Money
While I've only given most 4 stars this is because I've only been using the rower for a month or so and so it may be that an unwelcome surprise lies down the road (after all it has moving parts and one never knows in advance how they will perform long term). Also I hesitate to give anything 5/5 and there's no 4.5 mark which I'd certainly give.So smooth action, does the job, like the digital readout, easy to store. Used regularly by both my partner and myself. The only other rower I've used is the Concept 2 (which is the industrial model) so maybe not a comparison with other similar models. If I have a concern (and this would apply to all models) is if say the band breaks how easy for an individual to replace - can it be replaced and at what cost?

Lockdown gym essential
Arrived next day. Simple to assemble. I had reason to contact customer services twice (I lost the belt inside the machine and a foot rest broke) and they (Olivia) responded quickly and helpfully. This has quickly become an essential part of my ‘lockdown gym’.

Quality does not match the price
The machine is actually not the quality expected from the description and graphics, plus the description is a little misleading. I like the ease to construct and the stow away in the vertical position but after that I have reservations.1. Foot supports, which are designed to suite a size 12 shoe and up, the strap is positioned poorly and the foot support inadequate to support a shoe size of probably 9 or less.2. Resistance control. Am I amazingly strong or is the level of resistance very low. Level 8 seems like a rowing with a strong flow.3. The LCD display is not that great to view when rowing, which is why I took the pointer from the pictures and used a tablet. The problem is, there is only an app for phones, so the graphics are not scaled up to tablet screen size.I hope this is of use to purchasing this Chinese manufactured rowing machine. I stand corrected is I have got anything wrong within my review. I have been a honest as is possible.

A reasonably affordable rower
The rower does the job. However it is very creaky and a footrest cracked in the first week of use. The clock on the display is slow. So 5 minutes on the rower is more like 8 in real time. It was easy to assemble though and was affordable. It has a good range of resistance.

Kinomap functionality DOES WORK
KINOMAP UPDATE: Kinomap now connects directly to the Blade 2.0. Thanks for the update guys! That's it! Sorted. Runs like a dream. Hope this helps.Plus the machine is quiet enough that I can do a full on session early in the morning without waking my family upstairs.5 stars baby!

Price does not match quality
The kinomap is not compatible with this product and the other app they suggest which is barcoded on the product is the most intrusive app I have ever come across. The console is poor quality (waiting on a replacement) and the equipment itself is basic and does not match the price. I also notice they have now from the description that is it compatible with kinomap.
