The actual unit is good for the price. I would suggest that you have someone rewrite the directions. As a retired teacher, I would have someone in your office who has never used the unit try to use it by only following the directions. I just tossed them aside and figured it out by myself. But once running, it works as advertised,

This is the third one I purchased! The night light, remote, and size is well worth the price. Recommend this product. Also bought one for my mother and daughter.

Much larger than my previous 500 ml but that brand/size is no longer available. Designed poorly. The lid is was hard to remove and even with a low level of water, it drained out the side when struggling to get it off. Made a mess but luckily just water and oil. I also didn’t like that the brand name is in blue on the unit. Made it look cheap. Plus with the buttons in matte black, it was hard to see them to adjust manually. It also would turn off after 5 minutes sometimes so after seeing so many reviews of units that didn’t last when they first malfunctioned, I decided to get something else.

I love how much water the tank holds on this diffuser. I've lost the instructions so I'm not sure what settings I have it set on because they're not marked very well. Sometimes I'll turn it on and it goes for hours and then other times it's off within an hour. I just can't tell the settings they should be marked. There's always a great deal of condensation on the top of this plastic tank it doesn't have an interior tank. Whenever you take that off all that condensation goes everywhere. This is a case of you get what you pay for. It's serviceable but it's nothing to brag about.
