Segway E22E Scooter

Battery never worked properly since we bought it.Returned to service centre 4 times! Every time returned to us it was still faulty. Segway also damaged scooter screen while allegedly (not) repairing the battery!Couldn’t get to speak to anyone. Segway said need to deal with amazin for refund, amazon said need to deal with Segway. Dispute going on for 7months and still not resolved and a child without his birthday present. SHOCKING customer service by both companies!

I think I should have just bought one of the premium scooters with suspension as this one is now extremely uncomfortable when met with imperfections on the road of which there are many which is the real life scenario. And by the looks of it, won't last a year and fall apart due to the amount of impact. Every slight crack on the road makes it painful uncomfortable ride you can feel through your hands and through your body. Already looking for a replacement

Segway E22E is a very well and sturdy product made even nicer with its own app connected via Bluetooth and you can manage the speed and other settings on your phone very convenient and nice to have.

I just got this scooter and it was easy to get it setup and going. The design is super nice and minimal with no wires or chunky parts sticking out anywhere, it rides smooth and feels safe.it isnt the fastest or most powerful scooter but for the price I didnt expect it to be, I just wanted something to go round town with.

good quality scooter, settings can be changed through the app, absorbes shocks better than other scooters i've tried, battery life not the best but ok for my needs, can be upgraded though. really happy with the purchase.

This is a great scooter, before this one we bought a different brand and after 2 uses the brake started to stick which was really dangerous so it had to be returned. decided to pay a bit more and got this one and havent been disappointed, so far it's been everything I wanted.
