The Pair of slippers are not fresh and very uncomfortable to wear . The base is dirty and some thorn is hurting while wearing the slipper. Very bad quality.

I ordered size 4Uk and received 5Uk. I tried for exchange but couldn't succeed as the processwas complicated. Finally I used one size bigger slippers. Anyway its comfortable and meets my problem.
