I had been taking this Turk for many months and for various reasons(nothing bad) I decided to stop taking it to see how it felt. After a few days in the gym I could definitely notice a difference. I was still as strong but the strength was not as solid as when I was on the Turk, and it was harder to get the pump. I was off the Turk for about 4 months, and because of a shoulder injury which set back my gains, I decided to start taking this product again.I immediately felt better in the gym after taking this Turk, I had that grunt. This stuff works great as part of a stack for a testosterone boost. I am 65 years old and feel a great boost of energy just throughout the day as well as in my workouts, I'm lifting weights like I was 30 years ago!

I've tried Onnit Alpha Brain before, and it barely even gave me a placebo effect[This doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't work]. This product, on the other hand, gave a clearly noticeable, if not extreme, effect. I've noticed myself having more energy and motivation. If I had to give A firm performance increase in a percentage, I would say anywhere between 10% to 15%. As far as negatives go, the only thing of note so far is that I've noticed I sometimes get minor hunger cramps a few hours after lunch. This is likely in part due to the extreme diet I am currently on. Assuming things continue this way I would have no problem recommending this to a friend.

First week, took recommended dose, didn't feel any effects.Week two I doubled up on the dosage and did 40 days, again didn't feel any effects, didn't get stronger, no increase in energy, my workouts didn't improve.Update:Had some left over so did another 30 day cycle, no improvements in strength or increase in energy, I can say that the supplement does keep me awake and alert enough to want to work out.

I have been using this product for over 6 months. I truly believe that it has helped enhance my overall energy and body recovery. I also strongly believe it has helped enhance my libido and "performance". I am 63 and can still perform without the aid of "blue pill".

I would like to first start by saying that I've tried this supplement in the best with semi decent results. My first initial trial was a little over a year ago with no side effects. However, this time around, I've experienced a negative result. Not sure what changed in the formula, but I got really sick and had to stop. I would gladly try a different bottle if BlackForest is willing to send a different one. As of right now, I'm most likely trowing this bottle in the trash ($30 in the trash).
