These TDS peppermint softgels have about the same amount of peppermint as the IBguard, which is why I chose it over all the other peppermint product options. These TDS softgels work perfectly well, and are cheaper than the IBguard.One softgel close to the start of the day and another halfway through the day seems to be completely sufficient. Who'd a thunk The Problem could be whipped so easily.One day without the peppermint, and it's trouble again, so it's not a cure, but only controlling the symptom. So always carry some with you, and keep an extra bottle in stock.There was also sensitivity to black pepper, other peppers, even Bell peppers, and celery. But keeping with two softgels a day, if a peppery dish happens, it's not a problem anymore. I find that interesting and additionally beneficial.

My husband and I have tried many brands of peppermint oil, these by far have been the best. Does not cause heartburn issues. Helps with digestion. Every time they end up out of stock we are so disappointed so we double up our purchases. Definitely worth every penny!

I was looking for a product similar to IBGuard but more affordable. This softgel was easier to swallow than the capsule and it was cheaper. Unfortunately, this isn't a viable alternative. It didn't help with anything and it actually made me feel like I had heartburn. Such a waste of money. Worse, it wasn't in stock and I actually waited for it.

These capsules are very good, I gave them a 4-star review just because they are very potent and can give you easily a heartburn.

I've been suffering from chronic diarrhea for years, and have gone through several tests to see what the issue was, with no results. I've tried IBgard (works but is too expensive and you have to take several capsules a day), Heathers (don't waste your money), "Oil of Peppermint" by Great Naturals (only contains 50 mg of Oil of peppermint along with 200 mg of peppermint leaf powder-which does absolutely nothing for your digestive system), and others.200 mg of pure Peppermint Oil with no peppermint leaf powder seems to be the ticket to freedom for me. Only 1 capsule daily, 180 capsules per jar at $9.99? A steal!My life has been transformed from worrying about when I was going to need to go to the bathroom, to not a single care about it. That's how regular these capsules have helped.Highly recommend this product....and I'm very selective with my reviews. I think this will help a lot of people that suffer from IBS.BTW.....spicy foods? No issues at all.

For occasional stomach discomfort, I've been trying these. These little softgels are easy to swallow and pack a punch. They definitely deliver a refreshing feeling in my gut, and I've noticed a reduction in bloating after meals. The bottle is a great size - I won't run out anytime soon. While I can't speak to long-term effects, they've been a helpful option for occasional digestive issues. Giving 3 out of 5 stars because I haven't seen anything for long term. will Update review.

Ich nehme diese Pfefferminzölkapseln hier nicht jeden Tag, sondern nur bei Bedarf, nämlich als Ersatz für ein gewisses pharmazeutisches Markenprodukt, das es seit einigen Monaten aus mir nicht bekannten Gründen in Deutschland nicht mehr zu kaufen gibt, das aber leider das einzige war, was mir bei Bauchschmerzen geholfen hat. Aber nachdem eine kurze Recherche ergeben hat, dass in beiden Produkten letztendlich genau das gleich drin ist, habe ich mir diese Kapseln hier bestellt. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass sie genau das tun, was sie bei mir sollen und das zu einem deutlich angenehmeren Preis, als das andere Produkt, das man im übrigen immer in der Apotheke kaufen musste. Ich werde diese Kapseln hier, wenn sie irgendwann ausgehen, also definitv wieder kaufen!
