Leucine one of the three branched chain amino acids (the other two being isoleucine and valine) and is extremely important. It is naturally found in nuts, brown rice, whole wheat, cottage cheese, chicken and fish. Unlike amino acids, which are metabolised in the liver, BCAAs are metabolised in the muscles and are integral for protein synthesis and for preserving lean muscle tissue. Leucine is one of the most concentrated amino acids within the skeletal muscle tissue.

It tastes Vile
It takes a while to dissolve but mixing with the Protein is best.

disadvantages : does not mix well but after 3-5 mins, dissolves fully. I do not mind the delay in mixingAdvantages : can feel the impact on workouts, development of muscles, already made 2 purchases....worth the money...
