These gummies do contain glucosamine, which is made from the shells of shellfish, such as shrimp and crab. So use with care if you have an allergy but that is true of any glucosamine product. These have natural ingredients and come packed in a tin with a screw-on lid. The flavor is fine. It isn't as sweet as some of the other gummies I have tried, which is nice. As with any supplement, it takes time to tell if they are effective for you and this container comes with a 30 day supply.

My main form of exercise is weightlifting and every now and then I get a bit of soreness in my joints. Nothing chronic, but I thought maybe I should take something to care for my joints and possibly prevent some pain. So far it's too early to comment, supplements can be a very individual experience so what works or doesn't for me might be different for you. There are 2 gummies per serving with each serving containing 20 Calories, 5g Total Carbohydrates, 4g Total Sugars, 10mg Vitamin E, and 200mg Proprietary Blend (Glucosamine sulfate KCL, Chondroitin Sulfate, MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane). The product also contains glucose syrup, sugar, dextrose, pectin, modified starch, sodium citrate, citric acid, natural raspberry flavor, vegetable oil, purple carrot juice concentrate, and carnauba wax. The manufacturer noted that this product contains crustacean. If you have an allergy to crustaceans, please be aware. Once the vitamins are finished in a month, the container is durable enough to be repurposed. The product is Gluten-Free and Non-GMO. I'm happy with the results I have experienced since taking the joint supplements.

These gummies were a big disappointment. I have been taking glucosamine supplements for quite some time and they are large and hard to swallow, so I was very happy to find these. They only have 200 mg of a blend of ingredients, which is extremely weak compared to my usual supplement. And to make matters worse, they do not taste good at all. Sadly, I'd rather swallow large glucosamine tablets than chew these.

Tasty and easy way to remember to take vitamins, gummies are my preferred form. These are a berry flavor and are easy to chew, they're about the consistency of most kids fruit snacks. Yummy way to make sure I'm getting glucosamine and chondroitin support for my joints daily. I like the container they come in, it can be repurposed into something else or recycled to minimize waste. However, because it is easy to open (no child safety locks etc) I will make sure to keep this up high where little hands can't reach it.

I got these gummies because I regularly keep up with Glucosamine to help manage my joint pain. The gummies have a great list of ingredients making it a clean option for those who try to avoid certain ingredients. The flavor is very bland and slightly tart, which I did not find very appealing. The consistency is a bit on the thicker/chewier side. The gummies did not cause any kind of upset stomach or reactions from taking them. I did notice that they helped with joint pain so I do believe these work well, but the flavor isn’t something that will be a driving factor for me to remember or want to take them. They are on the higher end of a price point for a month supply. Overall, the gummies do work but if you are picky about flavor or consistency of gummies then these might not be right for you. Would recommend to those who are looking for a product with a specific ingredient list.
