Great motherboard for the price
It’s built well, looks good and does what i need it to.

Good for the price
Yeah, what can I say it worked right out of the box, no issues and had been going strong for the last 4 months. I does not have a lot of bells and whistles and the VRM's are nothing to write home about. That being said I was just building an i3-12100 system for friend for general home use and a little gaming.i3-12100MSI PRO B760M-P DDR416gb ddr4 3200 cl16ASUS 1660super 6gApevia 600w

Gets the job done
This motherboard is my first MSI build. It provides what I need, namely sufficient power and sufficient expansion capabilities. The last desktop I purchased was sometime before the last turn of the century. All the others I have assembled myself. It is always an adventure and this one was very smooth. The system has a 12th generation Intel cpu (12100f), 32 gb of ram (DDR4, 3200 mhz), and an MSI RX 580 graphics card. This motherboard has a gen 4 PCIe bus and the speed is readily visible, so a gen 4 nvme is advisable to take advantage of the available speed. Mine is an HP (500 gb) that is plenty quick. This system runs the Zorin OS (Linux), which started up smoothly the first time I turned it on. (That's what's nice about Linux, that you can move a hard drive from one machine to another and it starts up smoothly in the new build.) Motherboards need to be stable and provide a solid foundation for your desktop. This one does precisely that and provides two expansion slots currently used for a wifi card (TP-Link) and a usb-c card. The motherboard also can accept a 13th generation Intel cpu, which allows for updating down the road. This will necessitate DDR5 ram however. This system is built for everyday computing, and the motherboard provides a good foundation for that. Best of luck in your computing adventures. This MSI motherboard meets my needs quite adequately.

Very good so far, but...
After reseating the ram multiple times after no post, the board is running well. But the fact it is finicky with memory has me concerned. I'll update this if any more trouble

Great budget board. Only one minor gripe.
I got back into PC's last year. I built a Core i3 12100f and 6650XT system. Great 1080p high and 1400p medium/low system for a starter. I recently upgraded to a 12600k that I got at a steal and an 6800 that I also got at a phenomenal sale price. Well into stable 1440p performance now. I was debating on just keeping the i3 and 6650xt as a backup. I instead decided to build a second system to keep at my mom's house so she has a new computer for printing documents and social media, as well as making sure I have a PC to still game on when I visit. This board was simple and I actually preferred the software in comparison to my Gigabyte B660m board I have. This board does not have all the bells and whistles, including no ARGb header or VRM heatsinks. However, this board will likely never go beyond a 12600k and my current 6800. This board now hosts the i3 and 6650xt and it is nice to have a way to play my games away from my home when I visit mom. This board with that combo performa very well and is a great way to get an affordable system. Just make sure if you want RGB you will need a case that has SATA powered fans. I am going to be buying another one soon so I can build a for sale system with an RX5500xt and I have full confidence this will make a great e-sports PC for a new or basic gamer. My only gripe with this board is that the power connectors are SUPER tight. You may think this is the PSU I used but I previously used the power supply in my previous build and those didn't have an issue with my main MB. Just worries me if I ever decide to upgrade from the 550watt unit that is currently in the system.

Flawed design. Avoid if you are doing anything more than gaming.
We've observed a recurring hardware-level issue that can affect system stability in specific scenarios. After thorough testing across multiple operating systems and hardware configurations, we’ve confirmed the following:Unsafe USB Ejection Causes PCI Detection Failures:If a USB device is removed while actively in use, it can silently cause the system to fail at detecting PCI devices - such as your graphics card or network interface - on the spot. This is not recoverable and may persist across reboots until the motherboard is powered down, pci card is removed, motherboard is powered up, motherboard is powered down, pci card is re-inserted, motherboard is powered back up, is performed. Beyond annoying. This issue has been reproduced across various Linux and Windows environments and appears tied to how certain chipsets handle PCI bus integrity following abrupt power state changes.Ethernet Instability on Windows:On systems running Windows, especially over prolonged uptime (2–3 weeks), the onboard Ethernet port may unexpectedly stop functioning. This happens even after clean installations of Windows and updated drivers. The only reliable fix is a full shutdown and disconnect from wall power.

Great board!!! **PLEASE READ IF YOU GET THE WHITE LED VGA ERROR LIGHT***
**PLEASE READ IF YOU GET THE WHITE LED VGA ERROR LIGHT***Make sure the processor you got has integrated graphics on it. IF NOT, this unit will need a dedicated GPU and it will throw that error code until you add a GPU or install a CPU that has integrated graphics supported.
