Customized adjustability
I was surprised that the main velcro straps did not come attached to the brace! However, I like this design better than some other braces I own, because I can choose the height and angle of the straps to fit my arm in a more customized way. I often find that wrist braces are too loose in the palm area, so it's great that thumb hole is adjustable on this. The brace sits very high up on my hand, which doesn't allow for much range of motion in my palm or fingers, so this is strictly for sleeping to avoid carpal tunnel symptoms. So far, I haven't woken up with numb fingers, so it seems to be working well!Pros:- adjustable straps (2 on wrist/arm, 1 around thumb)- strong splints- provides strong support- inner material is softCons:- straps are scratchy- bulky design- velcro is SUPER loud if you have to adjust it at night!- lint will collect in the velcro on the brace and the straps
