No issues at all. Fit into the overhead console and controlled the entertainment system.Only thing that was noticeable was that it weighs absolutely nothing, which may hint at its long term durability.

Perfect replacement
I bought a used 2018 Tahoe and the remote was missing. Once received, I put new batteries in and it worked immediately without having to set anything up! It fit perfectly in the holder.

OEM one was gone when we got the car, this was a simple replacement and fits into the original holder within the dvd player perfectly.

Does not connect
The description says that there is no programming needed. However, this does not work on our 2019 suburban. Very disappointed

2016 suburban
Perfect fit and function for 2016 suburban ltz with 2 row rse. I bought 2 ( one for each monitor), threw batteries in them and they just worked. Backlit buttons were a nice unexpected touch.
