All bands are not created equally. After six months off due to a back injury, I decided to work with a trainer to avoid reinjury before I was fighting fit again. My trainer's bands were humbling and three months later, I was still comfortably using his easiest/lightest band despite a full recovery and return to normal lifting. Thrusters, bridges, banded squats, walking squat, clams...the exercises and burn are endless.I decided to order my own bands and ended up with this option. I went with the lowest and medium band strength and didn't bother ordering the three pack assuming I'd never be able to use the most difficult band.The quality felt great and these bands appear to be durable but band #1 didn't have enough resistance for me. Band #2 had more resistance and would work for some exercises but not enough resistance for all. In the end, I decided to return these for bands with more resistance.I do like that the bands are all the same size vs a mix of large and small, and as I mentioned the quality is good.

I use these before heavy squats to get warmed up and I can really feel the activation of the hips,quads, glutes and hamstrings.It really feels good for my hips especially.This is a good product that helps me warm up faster. It's also a plus that it comes in a set of 2 so my wife and I are both enjoying it.

I've been following a Brazil Butt Lift rotation the last couple of weeks and love the High and Tight workout. However, my latex bands for the hip work kept rolling on me and were uncomfortable. I bought the Tribe Lifting Hip bands to use for this workout and they work sooo much better! I love doing lower body work with these bands. I've been scouring YouTube for more ways to use them. They are comfortable and appear to be well made.

Only been using for a few months but not even too frequently! They have already all experienced some tearing and fraying! I can still use them but they are no longer as tight as before. Ive had other resistance bands (Fit Girl) and the fraying has never happened to me! I guess you get what you pay for. I wanted more than just one band, but the quality is just not there! These bands also ride up your leg when you are doing side to side squats, etc.

I was skeptical of "glute bands" after seeing so many Instagram accounts try to sell them, but a trainer recommended a band for me, and it has completely elevated my leg day work outs. I use these for so many of my leg and booty workouts, and it definitely adds that extra resistance and gets all those little muscles firing. Great material, quality craftsmanship. Very happy with this purchase!

The resistance on these bands is awesome! I am so sore after just one workout. You can't beat the price, especially for two bands, and for the exceptional quality of material. The wide band and grippy inner material keeps the band from slipping or digging into your skin. I definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to add a little extra something to their workouts. Ladies, these hip bands are a MUST for sculpting and growing the booty! The only negative thing I would say is that the bands had an unpleasant odor out of the bag, but I'm sure that will fade after washing.

For the price, I'm not sure there is a better quality hip circle on the market. I've owned a number of these over the past eight years and they all eventually wear out, but I get the impression that these may hold up a bit better than the others. The material seems to be more flexible without over stretching if that makes any sense. Of course, only time will tell. But for less than half the price, I have three quality hip circles that have done a very good job over my first two weeks. UPDATE: 10/31/2020 Almost five months now using them almost every day. These are the real thing. Much better than many name brands. No sign of wear.

Great quality product. I've been trying multiple bands from different manufacturers. I've finally found the best product after testing more than 4 different companies. I love the added grippy material inside of the bands. It makes it less likely for the band to slide around. Great product! Keep up the wonderful work.

Surprisingly high quality! I wasn't sure what to expect of these, seeing as there were so few reviews. The material is high quality and soft. They feel very stiff when pulling with your hands, but once you use them you see that the resistance is adequate. Just enough resistance for me to do hip mobility exercises. I purchased the 12.5 inch bands, and the stretch was just enough for me. I'm a petite woman, so I'm not sure if this length of bands would be comfortable for someone bigger than me. Good price, overall I recommend.

Partiamo col dire che nel pacco ne arrivano due come da descrizione (della dimensione selezionata al momento dell'acquisto) , una regular e una strong, da usare a seconda degli esercizi e dalla resistenza individuale. Il prezzo complessivo è quindi più che buono.Passiamo alle note critiche. Il materiale è un misto fibra elastica e tessuto, tiene bene la tensione. Purtroppo le cuciture non mi sembravano di pregevolissima fattura, e dato lo stress a cui saranno sottoposti ho deciso di richiedere il reso. Forse sono stato poco fortunato io, allego comunque foto. In definitiva potenzialmente un buon prodotto, comprensivo di due fasce elastiche di varia resistenza, ma la manifattura incerta.

Green is too weak of resistance. Love the yellow one, still wish it was stronger. But it doesn't slip or roll down which is the best part. I have used it on bare skin and a few different material of pants. No issues.

If you are looking for durable loop bands, these are for you! It makes the latex bands look, feel and behave like a dollar store product! I'm an old guy but in fairly good shape and I've broken too many "rubber bands". These are relatively expensive but of superlative quality. I can't imagine your strength if you break these!
