Hard to put up because we had to make a larger hole in the ceiling for the housing, but otherwise it works awesome at keeping the temperature down in our house! The air conditioner could not keep up, and the temperature in our house last summer ran 5-10 degrees warmer than what the air was set at, most times not even making it down to the set temp overnight. Iowa summers ARE hot, but none of my neighbors had this hard of a time keeping their houses at the set temp (70-73 degrees) so I knew it was isolated to our house.I had two companies come out last summer to check air conditioner service, size of the unit vs the size of the house and everything checked out there.I have waited about a month to see if the fan made a difference and it does!I keep it on level 6 when we aren't under it, but when we are under it it has to be on 1 because it pushes so much air.FYI: Our main open concept kitchen/living/entryway room where this fan is installed is about 30 feet by 35 feet, with 11 foot ceilings.Let me know if you have questions!

really great fan for industrial type living-room....The fan is 72" type and is perfect for a living space 20feet by 20feet or bigger....moves tons of air....the only hard part of installing was getting the wires and remote box to fit under the small ceiling plate....could have been a bit larger, but I like the LOOK of it being smaller, but the the hassle of getting the wires to fit....I had to tape them together with electrical tape in order to close the finishing piece up against the ceiling....looks flawless!!!! remote works well....a bit large but overall works as it should....72" from blade end to next blade end on opposite side...NOTE: push remote box inside the motor mount BEFORE installing mount...will be easier to get wires in if you have small gang box in ceiling.

Had it for about a month or so now. With the vaulted ceiling in the living room this fan moves some damn air!! You’ll never need the high speed tbh, highest i go is setting 3 and it’s more than plenty! Light is decent! Only thing i wish it had was a dimmer on the remote but other than that it’s a must buy for the price! Oh and it’s very very quiet and came pretty much balanced, no wobble.

I cannot recommend this fan enough. I can’t wait to replace the rest of the fans in our house with this brand.The remote is fantastic. It has six speeds and let me tell you the sixth is tornado winds.I absolutely love it. It is absolutely fantastic. My husband put it together and it was very easy to do. The color is fantastic. I cannot recommend it enough.

Low speed is still pretty fast, you can not hook to fan and light to separate wall switches. You can only install them to work off of one switch and when you turn it on the light comes in and not the fan. I use it for fan on slow speed just to circulate the air so every time I turn it off with the fan on and light off then when I turn it back on the light comes on and fan is off, it has no memory of the settings like all my other fans. Every time I have to turn the fan on and light off. It’s not much but sometimes you just reach over to turn it on or when company or the wife and kids turn it on they are not sure how to reset the settings. They offer me to return for a refund but I paid $100 to have it installed now I will have to pay to have it taken down and pay a 3rd time to install a new which is far more then the fan is worth. Before purchasing make sure this is what you want as now I am stuck with it

This fan is huge and works great in my cathedral ceiling living room. It is extremely quiet, the only sound you can hear on the highest speed is literally the wind whipping around the blades. There is no sound from the motor it is the quietest fan I have ever owned. The 6-speed functionality is great, I look forward to using it on the higher settings in Southwest Florida's hot summer months. It is currently the winter time and even on the lower settings it is a little chilly. I really look forward to getting great use out of this fan. The LED light is plenty bright for my needs, the only suggestion I could have for the future is to add a dimmable option if someone needs that. I am really hopeful that this fan last longer than a couple years, like my previous ones. I love the remote and it's features, my electrician wired the fan to be controlled by a wall switch, so I am able to turn it off and on and it will remember its previous setting without having to use the remote specifically each time. I would love to hear from others who have bought this fan and have owned it for a period of time. Right now I can honestly say this is the best fan I have ever purchased. I love the black coloring of the fan and that you have the option of a black or dark brown blade. My home has darker Woods with oil rubbed bronze throughout, so the combination of using the black can with the brown blades really accents and blends into my current decor. I highly recommend the purchase of this fan, you will not be disappointed.
