The reason why I loved parental plus vitamins is because they use folate instead of folic acid.That was the biggest reason I bought them. I drink the vitamins at night before bed and have no issues with stomach or anything. I feel great in them and have been using them for Multiple of my pregnancies.I am planning on drinking them after I deliver too, to help with supply and to help get my vitamins back on track so I doesn’t experience much hair loss or anything like that.The size of the pills is nice, not too big so it’s easy to swallow.It has no aftertaste as well.I know there are lots of options for prenatal vitamins online but I liked the price for these, the fast that I have to only take 1 per day , and the biggest reason was the folate instead of folic acid.Anyways hope this helped somebody.

I have tried several prenatal vitamins and i have not taken any quite like this! They do not have a nasty after taste like most prenatal vitamins do and I have not burped them up. The size of the pills are not to big which are better than most multivitamins that are huge. Very affordable definitely worth the money, one more upside to this produce is you only have to take one a day unlike other prenatal that you would have to take two prenatal pills to get the same effect. I am so grateful to have run across such an amazing product and I am excited for my second bottle of this! Thank you Mama’s select for making a product that is worth the money!

I'm so excited to actually find a product that has bioactive methylated B vitamins!! Most prenatal vitamins use folic acid and the non-methylated form.of B12. For those of us who have the MTHFR gene mutation, this is so important. Cynacobalamin(B12) isn't a bioactive form, therefore I actually get headaches taken this form. Folic acid is also something I can't take because of my MTHFR gene mutation. I was surprised that your Prenatal Plus had folate instead of folic acid.My daughter said this actually gives her energy and might even be helping her morning sickness. Research shows that taking B6 can be helpful in relieving morning sickness. I was also happy to see the Prenatal Plus also added iron. So many pregnant women start out their pregnancy already anemic.Overall, my daughter is very happy with the Prenatal Plus multivitamin. So far the prenatal plus has been great it doesn’t make me nauseous anymore than I am it doesn’t have the awful vitamin taste most vitamins do or the bad smell! So far I’m loving this prenatal also really love it has the folic acid broken down alert to help your body absorb it better!!

I’m just two pills away from being done with this bottle of prenatal vitamins, and I will definitely be repurchasing again. It’s only one pill per day, easy to swallow as it’s a capsule. It doesn’t make me feel nauseous the way a lot of other prenatal vitamins make me feel. The cost is great as well.
