Baked Vanilla Sprinkle Snack Cake, 21.4 Ounce

I baked this cake for my son's 2nd birthday. I doubled up and put together to make a sandwich cake as the tray bakes seem too small/shallow. Despite mixing up 2/3rds of the icing sugar for the frosting, it was still WAY too sweet - even for my 2 year old?! It doesn't taste bad in itself, but you don't want to use too much on the cake when its that sweet. I used about 3/4s of the total frosting I mixed up, and that was too much, we ended up scraping some off again. Thankfully, the cake is delicious enough to eat without frosting! RECOMMEND. I'm excited to try other flavors.

This was my first time making this cake. It came out very moist and delicious. No artificial flavors, did not taste like box cake at all.Everything was labeled in the package, and instructions were clear. I’ve added this product to my subscribe and save orders, that’s how good it is. I also tasted it before I put the icing on, and the outer layer of the cake had a nice crispy golden crust that if you prefer no icing it was just as delicious that way to.

Tonight was my first time baking cake, so I was a bit nervous. However Baked makes it super easy by providing simple and clear instructions. I was blown away by how moist and delicious the cake came out. The frosting is also amazing. It adds just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. The cake tastes as good as something you would buy from a boutique bakery. The kids loved it and were surprised that dad could bake a cake!

My husband and I made the Baked Vanilla Sprinkle Snack Cake together. The process was straightforward and simple. The cake was moist and tasted like what every foodie imagines their homemade cake to be: wonderful! The icing was perfect not too sweet and could be used on other home baked desserts. Yes that’s how good the icing was! I would definitely buy it separately if given the option. It’s so much better than the sugar coma induced frosting sold in supermarkets.

Love, love, love BakedNYC. So happy to see their ready made mixes online. This is a great cake mix, really an upgrade over grocery store cake mixes. Easy to make. The kids love helping (especially with the sprinkles) and it reminds them of the funfetti cupcakes available at the bakery in the city!

Go for it, all around great taste and presentation. I don't have the patience for baking and these were so easy. Even making the icing was easy. No mess. No leftovers.

Made this with my two young sons. We had a blast making it. They had a blast taste testing along the way. The finished product was absolutely wonderful.

Loved this. It was a more grown up, tasty version of the Funfetti cakes I asked my mom to make every year for my birthday ;)
