Like others, I feel this offers great support while lifting heavy items and also doing household chores or yardwork. Takes just a few seconds to strap on and is comfortable.

My wife wears this for her 12 hour shift. After one day of using it she noticed a huge difference. Fit is comfortable and with the suspender style you can undo it while on break or lunch and simply velcro it back on.

Working out !snug tho suggest order size larger than waiste size it chinges up tight Velcro. worked good less back ache for me .I am CNA lot of lifting in my job

I would like the back brace wider from top to bottom in the back so there will be more support in my aching back.

This is the perfect light back brace for gardening or other manual lifting tasks around the house and yard. It is well made and fits perfectly. I will use it all year long! I probably will buy a second one for inside the house!

Poor support to the lumbar spine. Supported my thoracic area rather than the lumbar. Disappointed with the support for the money paid

Gave me good support

I am in the process of packing and moving so having this back support brace has really helped. I was surprised how well it supported my lumbar spine and I wasn't in the usual amount of pain after so much physical exertion. Truly a great product and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
