It’s a great mobile phone, no frills
If it’s just a phone you want this is perfect. Nice big numbers, no complications, ideal for the more elderly or arthritic fingers.

Superb phone but not good for elderly with infirmities.
It’s a superb, simple to use, small phone. However, it has severe limitations for the target customers. I bought this for an elderly relative and he has numerous problems with it.He frequently inadvertently muted the volume by simply holding the phone. Result: he couldn’t hear it ring.He kept turning the torch on simply by holding the phone. Result: the battery went flat.He inadvertently locked the screen and thought the phone was broken.Hi vision is very poor - making him a target customer - so he can’t see the side buttons very well. His sense of touch is limited.I have glued the torch button so it can’t be activated.I’ve built a bridge over the volume control button so he can’t touch it accidentally.I’ve taped over the the screen lock slider so he can’t disable it.It would be so much better if the side buttons were below the body profile so that they could only be activated by using a tool to activate them. eg a pencil point or a matchstick. It’s a pity that such a useful little phone design hasn’t been thought through for use by the “elderly” for whom it is intended.I’ve not scored it badly because it is ideal for the elderly who do not have impaired senses.

Great phone for Arthritic hands and diminishing sight
I am so glad that I bought this phone for my Mum who is ninety but very spritely, but as time has gone on she is not able to see so well and I introduced her to a Mobile phone some 5 years ago, and after sitting and teaching her how to work it and how to send messages, she was very good with her phone, sadly, it lost its microphone facility so I had to buy another and I thought she was going to have a problem relearning another phone and once I stopped her to referring to her "other one" we soon had the confidence to try different things and after only a few days she is mastering the new phone very well. It is a nice size phone and the edging near the bottom is very good for grip. The keys are very good size and it is easy to raise and lower the volume and to turn it on and off, that took a bit more getting used to, but we mastered it in the end. Excellent value for money Phone. Very well made, has multiple SIM and can take any size of SIM. The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance was that? there was not a plug-in charger, which is essential for an elderly person as they do not usually have a USB port in their house. The phone is easy to hold and is very user friendly. I am very pleased with the purchase and would buy one again.

Good until battery started expanding
Got this for my Gran, she found it really easy to use but after four years of having it she could no longer call. I had a look and the battery had expanded and would still take charge but fortunately we noticed before anything dangerous happened.

Lovely phone, but only lasted 6 months
This phone was perfect for my grandad. The big buttons made it so easy for him to use. The SOS button on the back is a great feature, which texts us if he presses it, letting us know he needs help. The battery lasted around a week for him. The lock switch is on the side, making it easier for an elderly person to unlock rather than pressing a sequence of keys. The only disappointment was that it only lasted 6 months, before it stopped turning on.

A helpful Tip
I purchased one of these for my Mother in Law and it was great and she got on with it well. It lasted over two years until she spilt water on it. I purchased another but that only lasted a couple of weeks. She is 99 and not as dexterous as she was and she busted the C connector in the phone for charging. I could see the damage around the connector where she had tried to insert the charging lead. I purchased some USB C Magnetic Adapters from Amazon so she doesn't need to fiddle to get the charging lead p[lugged into the phone. I have stuck the charging lead and the "break off" part of the adapter together, plugged the other part of the adapter into the phone and shown her how the "break off" and replace the charging lead. I am hoping I don't have to set up a monthly order for this phone now!It is a great phone for the elderly.
