Great flavor. I use with chicken bouillon and this paste. I pour it over a bowl with cooked rice noodles, mung bean sprouts, cooked ground chicken and garnish with sliced green onions, cilantro and chopped peanuts. Add a little crushed red pepper for added spice. Add any other vegetable you like.

It's a little strong on the fish sauce. After adding ingredients and cooking for a couple hours it should not be a distinguishable ingredient. It needed additional spicing to mask that flavor.

I can make tom yum better than most of the thai places near me with this.

I make very yummy soups with this base. Throw in some chicken, tomatoes, onion, bean thread noodles, mushrooms, and a ton of garlic for very flavorful meals.
