Q: How do you copy from a present fob please ?

Open the back and there are a series of switches, set the new units up or down the same as the original one.

Graham , it has those "din" switches and you just copy the positions from a similar working fob by flipping them up or down. John F.

Q: How do i get this open to program it. I bought two and tried to open the first on an snapped off the keyring holder!!

You press down on the bit where your keys attach and it clicks open I find holding the fob upside down and pressing it on a firm base such as a worktop is easiest

Q: Can this be used to replace a non-nice brand product? i have a bft teo2, a fixed 433mhz remote that also uses 10 dip switches for programming

Have used this to replace our old casani 10 dip but not sure if it works on all different models
