Great eye drops. A+
Really recommend these eye drops. Used them after eye surgery to keep them moisturised. Last way longer than any of the other eye drops that ive tried so they've better value than other eye drops with a lower concentration of hyaluronate. They do sting a slight bit sometimes but most of the time its fine. I will only ever buy eye drops from bottles like this one because it means they're preservative free (the dropper is one way valve to prevent contamination.)

Very effective eye drops
I recently underwent retinal reattachment surgery. After my hospital prescribed drops ran out, I was still experiencing discomfort so I purchased these. It was a great choice. Not only do they have a wonderful cooling effect, they remove the itchy grittiness I was suffering. Highly recommended.

it stings
it stings, it did not help me. I tried other expensive drops, it was much better.

These sting, ignore the Vine reviews
I bought these based on the formulation, since my prescription drops are also 0.4% sodium hyaluronate, but my pharmacy will only give me the little pipettes of Clinitas which drive me mad as the little bits of plastic end up everywhere, and when thrown away will inevitably end up somewhere in the ocean since I doubt such tiny pieces of plastic are genuinely recycled. In terms of these drops, they sting quite a lot when first used - I have no idea why - but once the stinging subsides they do offer long lasting relief. As a sufferer of Sjögren’s I often need to use eye drops every five minutes, but these somehow work for longer. The stinging is really unpleasant and very worrying so I doubt I will order them again even though they work well otherwise.Other reviewers mention how hard it is to squeeze the bottle. I actually find this one very easy in comparison to some others. Thealoz, for example, is almost impossible to get anything out of so these feel very easy to squeeze in comparison! Finally, I bought these without reading reviews, since I knew they were the correct formulation before buying, and am really disappointed upon coming to see if anyone else’s eyes sting while using these to note that most of the reviews are written via Vine, Amazon’s free-product-in-exchange-for-reviews programme. Vine reviews always tend to be very favourable and thus unreliable. A fair few of the actual purchasers have also found these drops to sting, but not all, so you may find these drops to be excellent for your needs. If you are like me and have tried umpteen types of drops then you will find the awkward dropper (which other reviews mention) to be far less awkward than other awkward droppers!

Eye drops that really work
I’ve tried a number of different preservative free eye drops and these are the best. They feel really soothing and give relief for longer. To get the drops out of the bottle you need to squeeze quite hard, but I prefer this to some of the more complicated dispensers on other brands. I seem to be able to get it to drop into my eye more easily.

Short shelf-life
eye-drops, no better or worse than any I have tried before. However, I did order the pack of two, both only have a use by date of 6 months away. I can use one for work and another for home at the same time but I wouldn't have been able to put one box away as by the time I may want them they could be out of date.
