This is my favorite! I take it religiously as it helps with my moods. I worry alot less and overthink less. The size makes it easy to swallow. Great price point, so I will definitely purchase again. I've seen improvements in sleep and energy levels. Great quality.

I've been buying my family's Ashwagandha supplement from a different online store. But when I went to reorder, the other store was out of stock, so I came to Amazon to find a comparable supplement. Now I'm so glad that the first store ran out. This brand's supplement is stronger and therefore we only need to take one capsule vs two every morning. And even though this is stronger, it is less expensive! That's a huge win! I feel like this is a great quality as I have extra energy and stamina during my days. I've been ordering this now for six months and have never had any problems. Yes, I highly recommend this Ashwagandha supplement.

For its price the benefits are amazingIts provided a noticeable and significant increase strength, helps with stress management and sleep quality, and the capsules are easy and only needed once a day.Notes: Ashawaganda can seemingly cures chronic stress temporarily, it can be very surprising and confusing if you’ve been dealing with it for a long period of time; it’s supposed testosterone increasing benifits are real, I never got a test however I have experienced a significant boost in strength after a few weeks of supplementation; in addition to its benifits I’d recommend synergizing ashawaganda with Nitric Oxide, L-Theanine, and melatonin for significant improvements in sleep quality, hormone levels, and recovery.

I love how these make me feel. I go to sleep with ease and I’m less stressed. I started taking in the morning because research stated this strain of Aswaghada is best for mornings but I noticed I’ll get sleepy within a hour of taking it so I switched to nights and it works fine. No complaints

I have come to like to take this before bed each day. I feel like I’ve had a better sleep with slightly more active dreaming.

As someone who's experimented with a bunch of different herbal supplements, I had high hopes when I decided to give Nutricost's KSM-66 Ashwagandha extract a try. The promised stress relief, enhanced focus, and improved mood sounded incredibly appealing.Unfortunately, after diligently taking these capsules daily for a couple of months, I can't really say I noticed any substantial effects - positive or negative. No discernible reduction in my anxiety levels, no boost in cognitive powers, no extra reserves of calm under pressure. Just kind of...the same old me.Now, I'll caveat that by saying everyone's body chemistry is different, so supplements can definitely produce varying results from person to person. Maybe these just didn't work harmoniously with my own systems and biochemistry. But from my personal experience? This particular Ashwagandha product didn't really "do" much at all.The capsules themselves seemed fine as far as quality and potency claims. No weird after-tastes or side effects. But also no real tangible benefits to point to, at least not for me.I kept waiting for that renowned ancient herbal magic to kick in and have me feeling like a freshly rejuvenated monk. But after sixty pills, I simply felt...pretty much the same as before I started taking them, just a decent chunk of change lighter in the wallet.So unless you're already a true believer in Ashwagandha's effects and just want a reputable brand, you may want to temper your expectations before pulling the trigger on these. Or at least be prepared that they could potentially just be a very expensive placebo for you.For me, they were about as impactful as taking multivitamin gummies - which is to say, not terribly impactful at all. Not a terrible product necessarily, but also not quite the natural wonder tonic I was envisioning either.

I definitely see results after about a month of use. The pill is big so I take the powder out and put it in water. Its not a bad taste but I cant swallow pills so I gotta do it.
