Seem to be absolutely fine. A lot cheaper than many others.

I bought their inositol and thought well I might as well buy the B vitamin complex since I fast (im not going to go into that as your prob not buying it as a weight loss supplement however I have reviewed the inositol and it’s a in depth review) anyway I heard taking B vitamins with inositol helps so that’s why I bought them. I don’t know if they are working tbh. I take so much other supplements but at the price & how much work B vitamins do for your system you’d be crazy not to. Plus I’ve still loads left. Most multivitamin company’s don’t have this many B vitamins on their list. The downside is Amazon doesn’t count this as spending £20 since peak send it to you themselves but on the plus side I always spend £20 on Amazon anyway. However if your not then they have a website which does free shipping. It’s just easier for me to go through Amazon and oh it fits right into your mailbox. I’ve nothing but great things to say about this company even tho it’s been about 5-6 weeks if that since I’ve been using them. I have heard that most things take a while to see a difference even antidepressants. So who knows. I do know when I take these with inositol I’m now getting a period every month. I used to go 4-6 months without one. That’s pcos for you. I was getting them every 6 weeks then when I started fasting and added peaks supplements to the mix I get it every month on the day I’m meant to. Usually I’m a day or 2 under or over but that’s normal. The health app has been a godsend at keeping track. If you don’t have a iPhone there is other apps. I’ve noticed my unwanted hair is coming in more slowly to. So I guess the B vitamin complex & the inositol is working. That’s not the only thing I want from this company. I’m wanting turmeric, ginger and activated charcoal capsules to. You really can’t go wrong. It’s best trying a cheap product for the things you don’t know if it will work & if it does kudos then you can experiment with other brands. Also not everyone can afford really expensive supplements.

Very reasonably priced product in sensible and non expensive packaging. I know they are effective because somebody gave me their supply as they no longer needed it and I took them for three weeks. Well packaged in transit. I have also purchased other product from this site. Too many companies overcharge for the same product. Recommended.

I began taking Vitamin B Complex because I have migraines that have changed and caused constant numbness, weakness and tingling. Medication also caused hair loss and I read that vitamin B deficiencies can contribute to this. I have taken this Vitamin B complex for over 10 days and have noticed a decrease in the numbness and tingling. There have been no adverse reactions, the product seemed well compiled and as I feel much more alert so I intend to continue with this supplement. So far very positive experience.

They are not easy to swallow, although small, they have a rough surface so tend to stick in your mouth, then rapidly disintegrate so unpleasant. I have much larger tablets that go down far easier!
